Miriam Bretzke

Prior to Ms Bretzke’s presence in consultancy, she was an executive at national and multinational companies, working with management of new business, strategic planning and general marketing of consumer goods companies and business-to-business. In 1992, she founded Bretzke Consultancy, whose first clients included such companies as IBM, Unibanco, Rede Globo and CTBC Telecom.

Ms Bretzke is a Master and Doctor in Marketing, from EAESP-Getúlio Vargas Foundation, having presented studies (Dissertation and Thesis), as yet unpublished, about Relationship Marketing and the impact of the proposed transformations on the organizations, to compete in real time. She is also a Relationship Marketing teacher at important Universities, including the Getúlio Vargas Foundation in São Paulo (FGV-SP), the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and Campinas University (UNICAMP).

Author of the book on Relationship Marketing and Competition in Real Time with CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and one of the main experts on the subject, she regularly participates in seminars both in Brazil and abroad, being a keynote in events of major repercussion. She is also a renowned international speaker, in such institutions as the Direct Marketing Association-USA, and addresses issues such as Relationship Marketing, Global Competition, E-Commerce and strategies to compete in real time.

Hailed as the Brazil’s leading specialist in CRM, her work has been highly commended with Gold, Silver, Bronze awards, and “LEADER ECHO AWARDS” by the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), of the United States, and by the Brazilian Direct Marketing Association (ABEMD), among others. A perspicacious person and a visionary, she integrates theory to practice, seeking results in the short term. She also provides counseling for companies among the 500 largest companies, in Latin America and in the United States.
